Recent Wedding at the DC Center Omaha
Omaha Wedding Photographers
You know who's a trooper? Amy. Because she had a KILLER DOUBLE EAR INFECTION on her wedding day. Nevertheless, she embraced the illness, cold and rainy weather, and had lovely day marrying her love, Zach.
Amy, Zach, and their friends and family are so fun to be around! They're down to earth, super loving, and hilarious. They had a beautiful ceremony at St. Leo Catholic Church followed by a full dance floor reception at the DC Centre. Amy previously worked closely with the wedding industry as a baker and cake designer. Through this experience she was able to have a little extra attention to the little details throughout the day.
One of our favorites, Blush Makeup Artistry, had Amy looking absolutely flawless and beautiful. We're so grateful for Christine's work as a wedding makeup artist in Omaha. As photographers, there can be a lot of challenges we encounter with non-professional makeup applications (flashback, muddy contour, patchy foundation)...and we've never had to worry about that with Christine! She has no idea that she saves us hours of editing time...but she does.
The DC Center Omaha was so easy to work with and had their reception flowing seamlessl, stress free, and the food was delicious. Muzic Masters kept the party hoppin' all night and easily kept the dance floor full. The room was beautifully decorated with ambient lighting and the great DIY centerpieces that Amy created with her family.
A few of my favorite moments:
- Zach's daughter delicately playing with Amy's veil.
- Amy's dad driving her to the church is his poppy red mustang.
- Zach dancing with his daughter. TEARS. FOR. DAYZ.
Timko and Spiegel families, thank you so much for letting me be in the family for the day! Amy and Zach, congratulations!
